Danny McBride is an American actor, comedian, writer, and producer known for his sharp, offbeat humor and collaborations with filmmaker Jody Hill. He rose to fame with Eastbound & Down (2009ā2013), where he starred as disgraced pitcher Kenny Powers, and went on to co-create and star in acclaimed HBO series like Vice Principals (2016ā2017) and The Righteous Gemstones (2019āpresent). McBride has also appeared in films including Pineapple Express (2008), Tropic Thunder (2008), and This Is the End (2013), solidifying his reputation for bold, irreverent comedy.
