Gary RossĀ (born November 3, 1956) is an American screenwriter, director, and producer. He is best known for writing and directing the fantasy comedy-drama filmĀ PleasantvilleĀ (1998), the sports drama filmĀ SeabiscuitĀ (2003), the dystopian action filmĀ The Hunger GamesĀ (2012), and the heist comedy filmĀ Ocean's 8Ā (2018). Ross has been nominated for fourĀ Academy Awards.
