Uliks Fehmiu was born in 1968 in Belgrade, Serbia (Yugoslavia). His father was the famous actor (of Albanian ethnicity) Bekim Fehmiu. His mother is the actress Branka Petric. Uliks Fehmiu lives and works in USA.
